- Available in Quebec at Provigo, Maxi, Loblaw, Metro and Super C.
FEATURES
- The meat has a high yield since little is lost during cooking.
- It is white and is similar to chicken.
- Unlike chicken, the meat is not protected by skin.
- Rabbit is very simple to cook, though some care must be taken.
- The meat has a distinctive taste even when prepared with flavourful ingredients and can be cooked in many ways, and combined with many ingredients and seasonings.
