Oka's Quails marined

(4-6  servings)

Ingredients
  
4-6  Oka’s Jumbo quails   4-6

Marinade ingredients:
2   Lemons, juice    2
125 ml  Olive oil    ½ cup  
3  Finely chopped cloves of garlic 3
5 ml  Pimento (Cayenne) chopped  1   ts  
10 ml Ground cumin    2   ts
2,5 ml  Cinnamon, group   ½  ts

Preparation:

1. Combine ingredients and marinate quails from 30 minutes to 3 hours in the refrigerator.

2. Drain well and cook on the grill or in the oven 180 o C (350 o F) for 20 to 30 minutes or until the drumsticks are tender.

This recipe can be use for Rock Cornish also.
