Oka Cornish Game Hens

(4 servings)

Ingredients:

2  Oka Cornish Game Hens  2
125 ml  butter     ½ tasse
6   green onions  6    
1   onion    1
250 ml  white wine    1 tasse
salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation:

1. Split Cornish Game Hens in half. Trim, cutting small bones that stick out. Flatten hen haves a little, and salt and pepper to taste.

2. Melt butter in a deep frying pan over medium heat without browning. Add hen halves, green onions and onions.

3. Cook 50 minutes, turning often. Cornish Game Hens should cook through without browning. When done, remove from pan and keep warm.
